Before letting our butterflies fly away we were able to meet them up close and say goodbye to them.
"Goodbye Butterfly...goodbye"!
We each got to touch them gently.
We were able to study, and touch, the empty cocoons up close before discarding them. We found it so fascinating to watch this life cycle!
